Another small hotfix, this time addressing some less-urgent issues I noticed players running into.

• The minigames now display the controls on the start menu, so it's clear how the player moves/shoots.
• Teleporting between the basement and city has been made smoother, with clearer indication that the player has teleported (To avoid players thinking the game's over).
• The outdoor transition now has a loading indicator.
